Redd Dawg's All Star Clubhouse is the dream of owner Brian Vanard-an opportunity to design his own restaurant. Of course, he couldn't put everything that he wanted in the place, he just didn't have enough money to do it all. And after about 6 weeks of being open, he discovered about 50 things that he would have done differently! But we'll have to incorporate these ideas into the next one!

Brian Vanard returned to his roots in Western Pennsylvania in the fall of 1992 after 20 years of travelling the country in the hospitality industry honing his skills as an Executive Chef, Hotel General Manager, Corporate Food and Beverage Director, and eventually, the President of a Hotel Company. It was a good education making his operational mistakes with someone else's money!
But it bacame apparent that it was time to come home where the people are much friendlier, and go into business for himself.
In the fall of 1993, Brian purchased TJ's Restaurant and Sports Lounge in New Stanton, and the fun began!
Our menu has become a local favorite, with just about something for everyone. And last year, we sold over 50 tons of our world famous whole jumbo wings alone.
Over the years we have won numerous awards for our food and drink, and have been named one of Pittsburgh's favorite Sports Bars for the past 5 years by the Pittsburgh Tribune Riview. Our Bar-B-Que Ribs and Jumbo Wings have won many local competitions, and we are famous for our Catering as well.
Our Pizza and Six Pack Shop next door is now 4 years young and has over 250 beer packages to chose from.
But our finest asset is our staff, many of which have been with us at least the past 10 years. Stop by and say hello to Jen, Chelle, Suzy, Tim, Taconi, and Spoons, and let them know if there is anything that we can do to make your visit more enjoyable.
